Capital Care and Foster Ltd (CCF) is a UK wide organisation offering high quality family placements, at a local level, to children and young people who are 'looked after' by Local Authorities / Health and Social Services Trusts. CCF provides opportunities for 'looked after' children and young people to achieve their full potential and to live fulfilling lives in the community.

CCF focuses on providing a service to children and young people.

In addition to our core business, by utilising our extensive network of locally based resources and multi-discipline teams of child care professionals, CCF offers a diverse range of 'bespoke' service provision in the wider arena of family placement and support services to children and their families. Options include block contracts and/or spot purchased service solutions tailored to the needs of individual children/young people, or groups, referred by local authorities/ Health and Social Services Trusts or other commissioning bodies.
